First of all, my car does NOT fall under lemon law. Does anyone know of any GOOD ATTORNEY’S in Charlotte, NC or NC period that deal with legal issues when you buy used vehicles and they are UNRELIABLE OVER AND OVER AGAIN AND IN AND OUT OF THE SHOP OVER AND OVER AGAIN? If so, what’s the number?
Is it worth it? I paid $5000 for the vehicle out right cash. Do I have any recourse on the dealership for the reimbursement for repairs of the vehicle. I looked up the lemon law and it only applies to new vehicles.
I bought my car February 2010 and I’ve taken it in 5 times already for the same issue with my sunroof. It makes a REALLY loud squeaking noise ONLY when it’s really hot out. Every time I take have taken it the the issue has been “fixed”, but I always keep coming back since it’s really not fixed. In my car manual it sates the Lemon Law in IL that if you take your car in four or more times for the same problem within 12 months of ownership your entitled to your money back and/or a replacement vehicle. Does this law apply to me since it’s the sunroof or only applies to major problems with the vehicle????

does anyone know what requirments are needed for californias lemon law to be enforced when a car has been purchased as used from a dealership, and the next day the car quit working??? The dealership will not take the car back, or work with me on fixing the car. I am now stuck with a huge car payment and the car does not even run.
