Resolved Question: Problematic repaired vehilce. What can I do?

So back in September 09′ I rear-ended someone. I was cited for it. The insurance company paid $12,107.22 on my $18,215 car (value from KBB). I requested. in writing, that the vehicle be considered a total loss. The insurance company was replacing my engine with a used engine. I have had a car with a replaced engine once before, and it was nothing but problems. The insurance company pushed for repair, so I had it repaired. Since then it has been in 4 times for a mysterious check engine light (3rd and 4th cylinder misfire) and twice for power steering issues. The check engine light no longer comes on (it barely comes on when you start the car now) and the power steering pump was replaced. My car currently has power steering issues again (it going in and out sporadically through turns), I am getting a terrible front-end road vibration when travelling over 50 MPH, the engine is making a “rumbling” sound when slowing down to a stop, and it vibrates heavily when sitting at an idle. What can I do? Is there any kind of buy-back or “lemon-law” for repaired vahicles? I have sent letters to the CEO and President of the company asking for a total loss back in September, but they put some hot headed manager of adjusters in charge of the repairs. Where do I go from here? I am unsure of any laws in Ohio that will help me with this. At this point I am sure they have spent well over the car’s value in repairs and rentals.

Open Question: Sold me a Lemon, how do I get out of the CONTRACT?

I just recently bought a Used Car from a local dealership. Its a 2005 Trailblazer with 112,000 miles on it. They wouldn’t let me take the car home to get it looked at and said I had 3 days to return if I didn’t like it. I have a 3,000 mile limited warranty on it. Over the weekend I noticed that the brakes were grinding, called and they said they wouldn’t fix it.
