Resolved Question: Help with Chevy Malibu 2000, wont start?

i bought Chevy Malibu 2000 3 days ago from a dealer, it have 142,000 mile on it, i notice from the day i bought it the temperature gage is always above the mid line, though it was runny smoothly (smell hot at times). today, it refuse to start after i drove for about 40min. considering i live in MA and we have lemon law, should i try to fix the car or just return it and be refunded. I have a month warranty on it
