Voting Question: I don’t feel safe! What can I do?
I have a 1997 Cirrus that I’ve had since December, since day 1 the car has been stalling, it just dies like I turned the key off. I’ve told the dealership where I got the car, numerous times about the issue, they’ve had my car twice, once for a week, and again for 2 days and both times I got the same answer, “We don’t know.” This morning as I was making a turn, it stalled and I almost went sraight into a pole! I don’t feel safe driving it, what if it were to stall while I’m on the highway!? Does anybody know what I can do or who who I can talk to to either get the issue fixed or to get out of this car all together?? I’m stuck paying on this POS for another year and a half and it doesn’t fall into the Lemon Law because it’s too old. What can I do???
I can’t take it to another mechanic or have any work done outside of where I got the car or else it voids my warranty.
