Resolved Question: Bought used car with clean car fax, now found out car was in an accident after my mechanic checked it out.?

I have a 60 day warranty from the used car dealer and it’s still under toyota warranty and live in NH. What do I do? It’s a 06 Highlander, they already replaced the battery and brakes and now it grinds when driving. The dealer said the lemon law doesn’t pertain to used cars in NH and I own the car. This suv is going to be a headache car for ever. WHAT DO I DO ??????????
