Open Question: Lemon law Buy Back Form?

I purchased a Pontiac 06 GT here in MD about a month ago. I am now getting a call from the dealership asking me to sign a form that I knew the car was a lemon law buy back. Was this something I should have been disclosed before my purchase? What can I do about it now? They want me to come and sign the form..howeverer now I would like to see and weigh my options. Do not trust them anymore.
Is there anything I can do at this point or am I required to sign the form?
