Open Question: Hubby bought a car today. Car’s passenger window doesn’t roll all the way up.?
There is an inch space. Hubby thought the window was just rolled down. Looked at everything else, though. It has been like this for at least a month because it is open on the picture of the vehicle on dealer’s web site. It has been raining hard almost everyday for the last month. Right side of floor is really soaked. The buyers guide for this car says that the windows are in “proper working condition” according to Wisconsin Admin. Code TRANS 305, but it is not. Does this fall under the Lemon Law?
I know it was a stupid mistake, so please don’t post “you’re stupid” as an answer. Thank you.
Will report if your only answer is “you’re stupid”. Goes against ‘community rules’ and general human rules about being a good person.
Thank you for the nice answers. For those of you that just want to throw stones…karma. I can’t just walk in a take back a used car. It’s not a like a pair of pants. There is a contract.
