Voting Question: Is there a lemon law in Germany if you buy a used car from a dealer?

and in less than 1 week it has engine failure? This car was inspected on a US military post proir to purchase, but for small eveident things that could be wrong. Is there anything that can be done-maybe a return or something—or is this strictly a buyer beware –situation?
