Open Question: Financed older car, warrenty co. REFUSED to fix. now tranny went out.help..?
Im buying a 98 ford wind star. I noticed some problems with this vehicle and tried to get them fixed. warranty co said they would not pay to fix the problems(even though the problems were supposed to be covered).now everything i said was wrong with the vehicle is going out. Including the tranny. Van is undrivable.wont go over 30mph and engine is very loud cause its in the wrong gear. my ? is .. can the dealership where i got this hunk of crap from sue me if i return the van? what can be done about this.. oh ya now my warranty is up. I tried to fix everything be for warranty was up but they refused to pay.. now im taking the bus to work. Im Very unhappy about the whole situation.I cant even get a new car cause i have an open loan. I live in pa. Im unsure of how the lemon laws work here. or even if i qualify. if you know please help. thanks
I got the van from a buy here pay here type of place…. The warrenty co is called GREAT LAKES warrenty co..
Warrenty co refused to pay for the repairs because the repairs exceeded the cost of the van.
