Open Question: Used car “as-is” contract?

I am selling my car and I want a As-is contract for the purchaser to sign. Where can I find a blank contract or should I just write up my own? In my state there is a “no lemon” law and I don’t want anyone trying to sue me for something that I did not know what there. Please HELP me!
