Voting Question: how do you fight auto repo?

me and my wife bought a 2006 chevy cobalt from drivetime 1week after purchase it started to fall apart small elect prob pulled hard right if you had bright on and turn the r blinker all lights go outcruise stopped working they fixed all of this then it broke after there so called whoping3600 mile warranty was no longer good a peace of crap how do you fight a repo is there lemon laws or something
