Resolved Question: Scared my transmission is going on the new car i just bought!?
I just bought a car 2 weeks ago in MA. MA has the lemon law which protects buyers against buying a bad car. My time frame is almost out and I;m worried that the transmission is going! The car is an automatic and whenever I put it into park, the car starts rolling back and I have to pull the e-break in order to stop it. Anyone know what this could be or if it’s the transmission? Thank you!

The car is a used car, a 2006 Scion tC with an automatic transmission. I took it back to the dealer a few days ago because i was having problems with it starting, so he replaced the neutral plug or something like that. Right after he replaced it, my car wouldn’t stay in park and would begin rolling back when I put it in park.
