Resolved Question: does the lemon law in maryland apply to used cars purchase or its only new cars?

i bought a used car in maryland with warranty,and drove it for less than 1000 miles,it started giving me problems and i took it back to the dealership for repair,they gave their rental car instead and its driving smoothly,my car has been in the shop for a month ++ and they have still not repaired it,do i have the right to claim the rental car they have given me for exchange?
