Resolved Question: a tow company sold my 75 year old unlicenced aunt a car can i get her money back they told me no refunds?

i took my 75 year old aunt to a tow company to look at used cars for sale she looked at couple of them and liked one of them when i asked how the car ran i was told it ran very good as i was checking out the car my aunt mentioned she liked it and a gentelman took her into the office by the time i got to the office they allready had her signing paperwork and taking her money she doesnt even have a valid drivers licence due to eye surgery what can i do the employees say no refunds but it hasnt even been 24 hours yet isnt there some kind of lemon law or somthing
