Resolved Question: Buying a used car from a dealer?

If you buy a used car from a dealer, sign all the paperwork stating that the car is being sold ‘as is’ and will all faults w/ no warranty, the carfax is clear of any accidents and the title is clean, but find out the car was in an accident but not reported to an insurance company, can you take the car back to the dealer you bought it from? Is there something like a lemon law on used cars for every state even if you signed no warranty and as is?
Also, the dealer was not aware of the damage and had bought the car after it was ‘repaired’
